Very bad experience with these agents. The property was poorly managed and not in good condition. The caretaker of my house was rude, threatening, and aggressive towards me, and when I called the agency to say I felt concerned for my personal safety, they said they’d follow it up but never did. I was essentially left to fend for myself as a single female in a boarding house of mostly middle aged men. The staff seemed like they didn’t really care. There was also no communication at the end of my lease, and they just let me follow up my rental bond online by myself without any guidance or info. They also did not bother to release the bond themselves and just let the two week period go by without saying anything before the money was released. No sense of urgency for a large sum of money. To any young renters, I would not recommend dealing with these agents at all.

Gerard Partners were really hard to deal with. We never were assigned a property manager so it was hard to resolve basic queries. When it came to the end our lease, basic wear and tear was blamed on us. It was only when we threatened to involve the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal that they finally, reluctantly released our bond. We were 'good tenants' but made to feel otherwise. Very unpleasant.

Gerard Partners have been the best agency I have dealt with as a renter. Aaron got us into a place very quickly, and we would have absolutely stayed there longer if the owner wasn’t selling.
