I’ve just spent 5 days with Chantelle in her studio completing my first Aerial Yoga Teacher Training!Chantelle is such an amazing person with great experience behind her! In only 5 days training I have accomplished so much. Learning a huge array of Asana both Earth and Air, learning about all the different muscles and fascial lines as well as how to warm up, strengthen, and prepare the body for exercise.Not only learning new skills but being put through an aerial yoga class. For me it is so relaxing and really helps to get in and stretch and strengthen my body.If you’d like to learn a new skill or try something new or even try yoga in a different light, give the studio a visit!
