Rude and unhelpful staff. Only purchased here out of desperation because the item I wanted was unavailable elsewhere. The staff acted like I was an inconvenience to them

I've attended this store twice in the past week for ring and bracelet sizing, was served by 2 different ladies. Both times they were polite, helpful and friendly and insisted on providing their services for free. Customer service doesn't get much better than that.

Very rude staff and bad customer service

Purchased a $3000 ring less than two years ago and only worn ring on several times. I noticed two diamonds were missing early this year. Spoke to the Port Macquarie store who refused to fix it. They had ring for over a month before they contacted me to tell me unless I had a SKU code or receipt they were unable to help me or repair ring. I have spent over $30,000 with company on jewellery. Extremely disappointed in service received.

One staff member was very welcoming the other, not so. Great range and great prices compared to other jewellers.

Staff where to busy fussing over one customer (three staff) and yet no one attempted to give me some form of customer service. I made eye contact and smiled at two employees while standing next to a set of ear rings and both looked down and ignored me. I'm dressed fairly basic because i had a baby 7 days ago. Yet when I walked in last month dressed nicer staff where more than accommodating. I needed three sets of earrings and I mentioned this three times making sure staff over Hurd me yet they continued fussing over a customer that didn't end up buying anything.Staff need to do better and I probably won't come back given how I felt.

Worst service and rude staff, I have a beard and was in a singlet which could of been the cause they wouldn't serve me. Stood there for 20 minutes with my sister as staff watched and avoided us. I didn't want to look at anything, I just wanted to purchase a charm asap. Deserve the one star, disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. I had a return admittedly with out a docket but I only wantedTo exchange. They could clearly see the goods were theirs and I had the date of purchase on a credit card not hard to look up.I was feel like I was scamming them. The faces they pulled and the rigmarolle they went to to look it up was amazing. It was just all to much for them.Look for another jeweller theres are plenty out there that dont carry on like these people.
