Sharper Facility Services

Sharper are responsible for the cleaning of the lifts, lobby and carpets/floors on each level of the apartment building I live in. Sharper cleaning services, in all honesty, are horrendous. I have complained to building management many times however building management don’t seem to care. Every morning the lifts and lobby smell like they have been doused in cheap pungent floor cleaner (a smell that lasts until the afternoon mind you) combined with the stink of a mop that’s never been rinsed. The floors never appear to be clean and often have visible streaks of dirt. The carpet on each level of car park entrance also stinks of cheap pungent floor cleaner and body odour. I find it ironic how employers of a cleaning company can be so dirty themselves, often leaving behind a strong body odour well after they have exited the lift/level/door. I can only assume this company is cheaper than other cleaning companies, hence the stingy building management not wanting to change companies. I DO NOT recommend this cleaning company, avoid avoid avoid, unless you like your building to stink of body odour and cheap floor cleaner.
