‘The’ ultimate horrible nail salon I’ve ever come across. Please don’t go there. Starting from horrific customer service, poor nail work, zero experience and what not. I booked my appointment on the phone at 8pm on a Thursday knowing they close at 9pm but I waited for 2 hours and they started doing my nails around 10. Security had to come twice in the shop to let them know they have to close their business for the night. They took in customers after 9pm. They refused to do what I asked them to do due to them feeling rushed by securities. My nail result looked horrible. I asked them that they are not doing the right way but this lady was extremely rude and mean to me and totally disregarded me. Me and bunch of other customers got raided by the security but the nail salon people made sure we paid the full price not acknowledging the horrible service they gave us.

I brought my little 3 year old daughter to get her nails done. The lady who was doing this was nice but after she finished and told us to wait 10 mins to dry. I asked if I can turn on the fan for her to dry her nails. The lady actually told me I would need to pay $5 extra to turn on the fan! I was so confused. She then even asked me if I’m going to pay the gas bill for her?! It was a freaking small fan to help my dry my daughters nails! I told the lady forget it I can blow her nails as it is ridiculous to pay for use of the fan. After a few mins, I saw her nails was dry so I just paid and left.

Pathetic customer service! Got my daughter to make her day special and they ruined it, extremely bad behaviour. Will never go again! The rude behaviour of the lady wanted to take nail polish off my 6 year old..very bad with kids.. never go for special occasion specially! Would double the price after getting things done.. if any owner or manager is here contact me.

Went in for an SNS removal. Soaked it off but nothing else to remove the sns residue and charged me $20.

I would give negative stars if I could. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. My daughter’s birthday today and my husband took her in to get her nails done, once her nails were done, my husband turned on the small table fan and asked her to dry her nails when one of the staff said “”$5 extra if you use the fan, my gas is not free”Extremely shocked at this comment. Charge me more if you have to, but if you are running a business, being professional and courteous would be great. Instead of passing crude comments to a 4 year old.Reading past reviews, maybe it’s time this shop closes down and makes away for a shop with better work and client etiquetteDisgusting

Please do not go to this salon. I was verbally abused and harassed there. Very traumatised from this salon. I went to get my nails and toes done. The lady started my toe nails. She filed them and added two extension that were missing. I took 5 mins to select a colour. I asked for advice of the colour. The lady was so rude to me and told me to hurry up I don’t have all day for you. The salon was quiet. When you’re paying $60 for your toe nails that is no way to speak to a customer. The lady walked off on me and served other customers. I waited 30 mins and was ignored. She started another clients nails. I walked out as the service was not completed or started correctly. The lady followed me out. She grabbed me and started verbally abusing me. She grabbed me again. I said don’t touch me. She began to record me without my permission. I demanded her to stop. She requested $45 for an incomplete service. I refused as she did nothing to my nails expect file them and stick on two nails. She was yelling at me and standing in my way. She followed me to the car and swore at me. Never in my life has a nail salon abused and threatened me. I am fearful to walk into this shopping centre as she humiliated me and breached my privacy. I will be contacting centre management for this appalling behaviour and treatment. Please do not go there.

I got SNS done here and regret it the kost. They're extremely rude and mean people. They behave as if they're doing us a favour for the service that's heavily priced. They don't care about their customers needs at all. Keep pulling your hand and feet abruptly just to get things done with. The body Language towards the customers is more like they're gonna punch us if we don't agree with them. Worst experience ever. Please don't waste your time and money here.

Customer service is terrible. I’m all for language barriers but when not one person can communicate clearly with customers it’s poor, make an appointment wait 30 minutes after appointment time, they get people in, start the service then jump to others so you have no choice but to stay. No apology, no communication and no compensation. Very poor. They need new management. Do not recommend.
