Lovely centre, very friendly educators.

I was a little hesitant about sending my daughter here because I thought she was too young. She's settled in fabulously the educators are caring, nurturing and she loves them, the girls have made the transition very smooth by listening to us and getting to know our daughter.They have a fabulous program that has allowed my daughter to learn at her own pace and independently. There's also great communication between parents and educators. We're very happy that we chose Amiga Montessori.

Simply canmt fault the staff at First Five. My third child is now attending, and all three thus far have had amazing experiences. Great care, great support, and an awesome facility!

Super happy with our kids development and the emphasis put on Getting them ready for school! The education standard is superb!

My daughter started here from day 1 the centre opened, first year was fantastic until all staff left and all came in new staff. Most of them act like they just finished their courses, if so managers and head leaders are very unprofessional. You hear them gossip a lot, screaming at children, no patience what so ever. Every drop off, staff doesn’t give a warm friendly smile nor greeting at pick up. All the kids play amongst themselves without educators engaging or smiling. They all look so miserable! My son goes to another childcare and you can see the huge difference in between!! It’s disappointing because we love Montessori philosophy, wont be going further with this one due to poor staff behavior. They have high staff turn over. Amiga need to review their staff training to improve

We suffered two months at this centre. Unprofessional educators, cutting corners in many places (likely for the $ save) that impacts the wellbeing of children and quality of care & education IMO. This centre is not focussed on Montessori learning to foster imagination in children who are given reams of printed colouring in pics to draw on instead of blank paper as recommended for pre-schoolers imagination.One morning I overheard an educator (during drop off) offer an upset child to watch her phone to distract and calm the child!!!!I would not accept future care for my children at this centre if it was offered free of charge.For the first 6 weeks we attended this ELC, we had no communication on the happenings in the centre or what was being discussed with children, to allow our family to continue topics at home/hold meaningful discussions on the day of our child at Amiga ReservoirI am so sorry I put my child through the trauma of attending this centre, where we experienced situations where bathrooms were unsupervised and laziness in not serving nutritious and variety of foods to picky eaters.Positive - low fees, compared with others ELC in the area

My wife went in for tour in late 2022 after hearing the old operators (Montessori) have been replaced by a totally new team with impressive qualifications and expertise in child development. We instantly signed up and have been blown away by the facilities and staff. All the staff know our boy by name and their care for the children is obvious.Beyond the small rooms for different age cohorts, the kids have an enormous and well air-conditioned outdoor undercover area, uncovered outdoor areas, and I believe a special a sensory room is under development.We recieve updates throughout the day via app, and photos every day of the diverse activities including musical instruments, painting, stories, water-play, and more. The centre also asks for goals for each child every few months to help shape curriculum.We love that all meals are freshly made and that, hats, bibs, nappies etc are provided - this really simplifies things. Our baby is in cloth nappies and staff have been great accommodating this.I would highly recommend First Five to anyone. Underrated gem, not helped by the fact that the old montessori reviews are still listed here. I'd advise everyone to ignore any reviews from before 2023. The new team have nothing to do with the old Montessori owners - like if one restaurant closed and another opened at the same address. New owners are fantastic and highly specialised - couldn't ask for better.

Not really impressed. Bad administration.Our son started 2 months ago and with short notice we were told that the school was closing and moving to their bigger school. Then with less than a weeks notice they realized that the new facility wasn’t approved by the department of education and wanted to move him to a third school until they got their facilities approved.Just a bad experience with this company where my child is viewed as a dollar amount and not like a little human with his anxieties and worries.
