Coco is absolutely amazing and takes so much care with every single clean. She is a breath of fresh air. Everyone I have dealt with is so lovely and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domestic Bliss.

Graziela was punctual and friendly. Her English is limited, much like my Portuguese, but that did not stop her from doing an amazing job of cleaning my house. Graziela worked extremely hard and also tidied my house as she went. It's the best clean my house has had in a long time. I also liked that she used my products and equipment. She even ensured the vacuum cleaner was empty when she left. My son thought his room looked like a hotel room after the clean. We were all very impressed with the level of service. Also, great communication from the admin team with regard to booking and payment.

I have been a Bliss customer for more than 5 years now and I have been incredibly well looked after in that time. I love that the service is more than cleaning, it’s great to have someone come to my home, see what needs doing and getting it done to a high standard. The service has always been very reliable and the consistency of having the same person come to my home each week really helps to build trust. There is also a lot of flexibility in the service for holidays and scheduling conflicts. I could not be happier.

We switched to Domestic Bliss as we weren’t fully satisfied with our previous cleaner and are so glad we made the change.After each clean our home is sparkling, and our cleaner manages to get around to cleaning items that others didn’t in the same amount of time. The best part is the care and attention given to our personal items which are clearly cleaned and tidied with great respect.The office team are easy and pleasant to deal with and highly responsive.

The Domestic Bliss team are absolutely fabulous. Their attention to detail is second to none, always ensuring the finishing touches are done to leave us with a sparkling home. The team see beyond the day to day and take the time to do the 'one off' jobs when they have a bit of extra time. I am so appreciative of their help each week. The website promised much but never delivered a 'bespoke' service. We thought we were onto a good thing initially however, things became a little farcical after a while. After one clean, they broke our towel rack; after another, a lamp with sentimental value. To their 'credit', the towel rack was replaced and offers to compensate for the lamp were made but you cannot put a price on something of sentimental value. On another occasion, we had to interrupt a family picnic and drive home to let the cleaners back in as they had locked themselves out. After a heated exchange and much rudeness from the owner I might add, we were given a discount on this occasion. But gosh - I'm not sure how many of these times is one time too many. We only have a small apartment but as a working Mum and Dad with 2 little kids, we decided that we would devote some of our hard earned cash - $124 a fortnight in fact (!!!!!!!!!????) - to getting our cleaning taken care of. Our last clean was very underwhelming and by last, I mean last! No more with this company. So, if you call all of the above PLUS having to still clean our floors and move many of our household items back into place afterwards, value for money, go ahead and make a booking. Don't say we didn't warn you!
