The last 4 or 5 times I have been here I've been greeted once and asked if I needed assistance...never. They cant compete with Drummond membership deals on price and you cant try the clubs out like you can at Drummond. You can find some good deals on cheap 2 piece balls or clothes and hats if they happen to have your size.EDIT to your response: I have gone back and forth between Drummond and your store several times in the last months. Your sticker price on new clubs is much higher than Drummond, to the point where the last time I came in I ruled out needing to check your store again. If you are offering significant discounts off of the sticker price I would not know since no one has ever spoken to me. Cheaper on hats and some balls as I said but members get 40% off their 2nd box of balls/hat/gloves at Drummond and the difference in customer service is night and day. Getting a hitting bay would be nice.

As I wasnt ready to buy a new set of clubs yet I decided to look at used clubs in store that were marked for sale.I assume it was the pro who walked past me and said not for sale.Not only did he not offer assistance or guidance he made me feel rather small.I dont like being pestered but this was a perfect segway to be helped.Very disappointing

I’ve purchased several items from this business, I’ve had no problems or issues and the staff have always been helpful. Prices for most items are lower than most golf shops or pro shops, some considerably so.I reside in WA and while some items can take a while to arrive it’s usually an Australia post issue.

Friendly staff and very competitive prices. Conveniently located. New indoor club testing will be a bonus.

Don’t park in the empty car park if you go to another shop on the building. They will chase you down and tell you to park elsewhere

Really good no-nonsense golf shop. Diverse range of gear with bargains always to be found. Relaxed and helpful staff. If you need clubs to be re-gripped or shortened etc, I definitely recommend.
