Went to get a pedicure today for the first time in a while. The staff were so professional and so nice, and I just felt so pampered. As someone who’s always on their feet, I really appreciated all the work to get them looking so beautiful and feminine. My own and all the other customers’ nails were immaculate. Not an imperfection on site. Definitely the most flawless pedicure I’ve ever had. The pedicure was $45 for shellac, which I opted for, and was worth every penny. I’d highly recommend this nail salon to everyone. You really couldn’t have asked for more.

I would like to thank the staff at Mimii's for their care and sensitivity when attending to my elderly mother today. Their professional service and client centred approach was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this salon and will most certainly be returning as this will now be my 'go to' salon as it is worth the trip from Melbourne.

One of the worst experience ever and WOULD NOT GO BACK AGAIN.In terms of manicure, the technician was very rough while cutting my dead skin off, causing three fingers to bleed, however not only did she recognise only one bleeding spot and apologised, but the way she handled it was not hygienic. I had to go home and apply antiseptic solution myself.I noticed a piece of hair under one of the completed nail polish, the technician looked impatient and annoyed when I brought it to her attention, and did not end up fixing it properly.The entire spa pedicure and manicure felt very rushed as if they don’t care about quality only so they could move on to the next client quickly.Definitely would NOT recommend if you look for quality, hygiene and a relaxing experience.

All they care about is money. Not actually about their clientele and the quality of service they provide. If you want quality, do not go here.I had issues the last 3 times I’ve had my nails done. When you’re paying $50 for a full set, you’d expect them to last longer than a week.The first 2 times they cracked heavily. When I enquired about this along with a few other people I heard in salon, the owner said “the supplier send me the wrong powder. Should be fixed now.I returned to give one final chance. Within a few days a mail fell completely off. She says it’s because I can’t get SnS my nails are oily. I’ve been getting Sns for 7 years with zero issue. They fixed it. A few days later another one. She says come back and we fix that 1 nail. I’m not going to drive to the salon every day to get nails fixed that are clearly not working. She offered to go acrylic instead for 50% off. I understand she wants to make money but it had been 9 days since I got the full set and paid $50. When I pay for nails I expect them to last at least 2-3 weeks.Along with that the pedicure I received was rushed. I had to remind the lady to clean under my toenails, apply lotion etc. she sighed as if I was asking for something that wasn’t included in the service!!!I was kind in my approach and gave several opportunities to reconcile the poor quality of nails I was receiving. I will not be returning to this salon and I recommend you don’t go either. Unless you like to spend petrol, time and waste your money 2-3 times within a week to keep returning and have them fixed.For a daily new business, they seem to be losing a lot of clientele already.

Horrible nails. Infill for acrylics costed $70 for basic french. do not recommend.

Jessie is amazing! She absolutely nailed the glazed donut nails, I love them. Every time I’ve visited this salon I’ve had a great experience and the service is lovely. Prices are very reasonable and I can always get an appointment on short notice
