Our manager has been trying to order replacement cards for our property for weeks and won't confirm the order. This company is incompetent.If you're a developer or builder, I'd suggest you look elsewhere as they are a poor reflection of your business.

They send a fellow to review my security camera, he was there less than 5 minutes. The guy did nothing other than oh, it's a device issue & you need to get a new device. They quoted me a price, but then overcharged me and over 3 weeks of chasing no refund yet. Every time I call, I am told - it will be tomorrow, it will be the end of this week. Unbelievable. Great way of doing business.

The only reason that this kind of businesses survive, despite it’s poor service and overpricing and unstable products, is because property developers sign up with them and you as a customer has no power to change it. Stay away from this business if you can.

Company supplies products that do not work and then refuse to accept responsibility and replace them. Additionally they have horrible customer service who will not assist at all.

Terrible customer service. I should’ve read the reviews on here, everybody is absolutely correct in their assessment. At first they appear like they are keen to assist you. But then they ghost you. The admin ladies have been dodging my emails. And when I call, They try to rush me off the phone. They said they wil get back to me but they have not. Truly disappointing
