Vintage general store, cafe, post office, antiques shop and licensed to sell alcohol (i think for take away only but correct me if I'm wrong). You simply must stop in at this freshly (and respectfully) renovated piece of history. Pictures on its walls are of Tharwa and the local surrounds, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. Beautiful spot to have a break and breath of fresh air, for locals and visitors alike. Plenty of parking, inside/outside seating, great staff, warm atmosphere, can't recommend enough Check it out and support this little gem.

I apologize for leaving without saying Thank you.Stopped in today for a cup of tea while I was out on a ride.This place is great , the lady that was working there today was really helpful, friendly and made a great cup of tea (twice)Take the time and pop in, I'm sure you'll enjoy your visit.

Great little stop for coffee cake beer or pie while exploring the local countryside. Popular with bike riders, hikers and locals. Good people, friendly. Love it.

Cannot understand why anyone would go there. We were going to have lunch (there were 4 of us) Only 2 pies in the oven, croissants with cheese that looked a week or 2 old. Could not have milkshakes and the drinks in the fridge were warm.This place gets a minus 15 star rating.
