Friday 23 June 2023 I used this company twice and was really happy with the service making it a delightful experience for my Assistance Dogs and myself.Sunday 25 June the dispatcher didn't think that dogs were allowed in the cab any more. She had poor knowledge of the provision for Assistance Dogs. When the cab arrived the driver was confused but rightfully asked for my credentials and was apologetic about any confusion.
