Outstanding customer service and they weren’t joking about the 24/7 support. Bought a car two years ago hadn’t charged it couldn’t work out why it wasn’t working. They were so helpful over the phone considering I moved states and no one else wanted to offer their assistance. Thanks again , wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

Bought our kids a large atv style ride on. Fantastic service, guy was very helpful in guiding us with which car to buy. Also offered to build the car but we live too far away wait he showed me how to do it. Very easy

May 2022: The best toys shop in Sydney. I got a ride-on motorcycle from them last weekend, looks amazing. Overall, a great experience, from entering the shop to putting and fitting the box in the car by themselves including after-sales support calls for assembling. Super friendly staff!April 2023 - TFK team replaced the broken handlebar of motorbike free of cost, and now the bike is back in perfect condition. My son is thrilled, and I highly appreciate TFK's exceptional service and goodwill gesture. Thank you, TFK!

The owner / manager was quite disrectful and rude when queried about parts for a motorbike, which was a gift for my son.His tone was completely unesassary, wholly out of line and uncalled for. Honestly, just avoid this place. They have very little concept of customer service.

I just wanted to take the time to write another review because these guys deserve it. I bought a motorbike for my son's 3rd bday last year and it was a no brainer for me to come back to buy a combined Xmas present for my daughter and son. This car is safe with great quality! Since Xmas there hasn't been a day they haven't used this (except rainy days of course). Seeing how much joy one toy can bring really fills my heart. Thank you for selling quality products and having excellent customer service. No doubt we'll be back again! :)
