Before I started working with a personal trainer, I felt like i was in a bit of a rut. I had some bad habits that I just couldn't seem to break, like eating unhealthy foods and not exercising regularly. Taryn helped me to identify some specific habits that I wanted to change and provided guidance and support as I worked to build new, healthier habits. We started with small, achievable goals, like drinking more water and going for a short walk each day. Over time, we gradually increased the difficulty of the goals until I was able to achieve more challenging ones.Working with Taryn was a game changer for me.
