It is extremely disappointed that I have fully payment 18/7/2020. They still didnt come back to put handrail till 15/9/2020. Many times, they said that they will come back certain date, they never came. I followed up and rang and messaged Jeremy, it never be returned. He said that his installer can't go many site during week. However, it is not good excuse and how can installer can finish another people job. Put my job at last because I paid full payment?
