No waiting time and staff are friendly and professional.Unfortunately I have one of those cats who reacts to car trips by going toilet in carrier and staff are always non-complaining about cleaning her and her carrier.Highly recommend.

Excellent service and stellar care for our family furball. Our little kitty was in a bit of distress but the lovely vet and staff made sure it was as pleasant an experience as possible for her, and she seemed quite ok with the follow up. Happy say she's all good now, happy and on the up and up. Thanks folks, see you for her regular check up soon!

I can’t recommend Gunghalin Cat Hospital highly enough! My cats are always so well cared for and the staff are considerate and knowledgeable. My appointments have always been thorough, gentle and comprehensive. I also really like that the Cat Hospital has a separate entry and waiting area so cats are more at ease, and we are always greeted with a smile and a blanket sprayed with Felway.

This practice is super! The nurses are so attentive and love to see the animals. The vets are awesome, and know what they're talking about. Both my dogs love going, even if it's just for a visit.

Great caring nurses and vets. Covid safety protocols were excellent. I'm immunocompromised and my cat is diabetic, so we are both at a lot of risk from covid, but I felt very safe here, and the care given to my cat was excellent. I felt that they really listened to my concerns and put his welfare above everything. The vet was really very helpful in explaining all our options, and was not condescending DVD did not talk down to me at any point. We both left feeling relieved and like we had a treatment plan, a good medication schedule and am accurate diagnosis. If only Gungahlin wasn't so far from Banks, because the car trip is a little long for my cat to do it as the regular vet.

I called and requested a vaccination appointment two days in advance, but was curtly advised by Clara that they were fully booked for a couple of weeks and to go to another vet. I would’ve been happy to wait two weeks, but I wasn’t given the option. I was surprised that I was promptly told to go elsewhere so abruptly because I have been a loyal customer with this vet since 2004. There were 10 other ways to handle that query Clara. Thank you for looking after long term customers.. a disappointing way to end the service. After that unpleasant experience I would rather go elsewhere now.

Brilliant vets and kind vetinarian nurses. I've had to use both the after hours hospital and their standard hours service. All concerned were professional and knowledgeable; with an extra thank you to my vet who after seeing me with a walking stick volunteered to not only take my cat back out to my car, but also made sure the seatbelt was in the right place.When it comes to the big things - knowledge, technology, and service - they have it covered. When it comes to the often-forgotten art of thoughtfulness and kindness - they've got that nailed too!I'm so glad that I have a vet that I trust to take care of my fur-baby

Absolutely lovely staff, and great environment. I am lucky enough to have my boy looked after my Dr Colleen Harvett, she explains everything we are doing to treat his allergies, gives options and explains the different options. She is friendly, helpful and you can tell really is passionate about her work.All the staff are lovely and would highly recommendHave continued to use the wonderful staff with my second fur baby. The staff continue to be so helpful and explain everything. Lovely team, great knowledge and will take amazing care of your pets.
