Fantastic service! Washing machine died, replacement part arrived in 1 working day. I missed the call, so Mitchell came after hours to install the part to get my machine back up and running. With a large family, this was very much appreciated.

Called Mitch to discuss issue with my Fridge / Freezer. It was tripping the earth leakage all the time. I thought it was the compressor and was thinking of buying a new unit. Mitch advised what he thought the problem was and fixed it with an $80 part plus his labour. Great advice and service.Saved me the cost of a new fridge/freezer and the hassle of getting rid of the old one.Would highly recommend based on my experience with Mitch. Found him to be quite knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Don't bother with this one. Jason said would come on Thursday PM. No show. Husband took time off work and we cancelled kid's medical appt to meet Jason. No call to explain. Not answering calls now. Waste of time. 0 stars" not an option on the rating scale unfortunately."

I contacted this company in early Dec 2020 to come and look at my fridge and rangehood. They managed to fix my rangehood but didnt fix my fridge and I am still waiting on them to return my phone call. Very unprofessional and they charged a ridiculous $120 call out fee plus $55 every 15 minutes plus GST plus parts and also charged a fee for paying by card. There was no official invoice given just scribble on the back of a business card and when costs were quoted via text the morning of the service booking, no mention of the card fee. They didn't bother suggesting to me to remove the items in my fridge and freezer prior to their arrival which would have saved 15 minutes and $55. Will not be using this company again.

We hired this company to complete a repair on our stove top. He came out and charged us a $200 call out fee but didn't have the part to fix the problem.It's now been over 3 months and we have booked in on several occasions for him to fix the issue and each time he has either not shown up at all or come with the wrong part.We have been waiting at home for him each time that we have booked and he hasn't contacted us at all when he couldn't come. The communication has been so poor.He was no show again last week and is now ignoring our efforts to contact him.Please don't hire this guy if you actually want your appliance fixed in a reasonable time frame or at all!

Avoid at all cost!My husband contacted this company after our oven stopped working. They came out for a consult, at a cost of $200, and said something had blown and a part would need to be ordered. Three weeks later they arrived and installed the part for an additional cost of $627. Total cost of repair was $827 but felt we had no choice at this point. The first time we next used the oven, once the cooling fan activated, the oven started to make the most awful, high pitched sound. The only way to stop it was turning it off at the mains. We contacted the guy, sending him a video of the sound but he didn’t respond. Eventually, he came out and stated that it had nothing to do with them, and that it was a new problem that they could come out to fix at extra cost. We just couldn’t believe it was unrelated to their repair and, having lost confidence in their competency and professionalism, found someone else to come and have a look. The new guy found the problem straight away - they had left a wire dangling that was then rubbing on the cooling fan to the point were they were both showing signs of wear. I sent pictures to the original repair man with a rather curt message. His only response was ‘I don’t appreciate your negative feedback. Can you please call me’. No apology or interest in making amends. I still don’t know if the problem was intentionally caused or just human error but his attitude doesn’t fill me with confidence. Our new, lovely repair man only charged us $50 to fix it as he felt bad for us being over-charged and, it would seem, we paid nearly twice as much as we should have to boot! He also said he is getting a lot of business cleaning up after this guy.

Poor communication! Took 5 months to get the part in then never kept us up to date, we had to call to ask about the part and coincidently the part had “arrived that day”. Then after a conversation on the phone where he agreed to look at the stove, then on the day refused to as wasn’t “ on his report” then after I text him saying he had agreed he completely disregarded our conversation that happened the week before and recalled a conversation from over 3 weeks ago.Was not professional or efficient

I made an appointment through the website for someone to fix my washing machine. Called them on the day to confirm a time as I hadn't heard anything from them. Apparently they have problems with their provider so didn't recieve a notification for my message. Fair enough.Made an appointment for the following week over the phone. No one turned up! Very disappointed as I wasted my day off waiting for someone to arrive.
