I have been a customer for years & have purchased & visited here 4 times in last 8 months & purchased. The service today was poor, young girl was chewing gum like a cow's cud, very offhandedly in her manner & made me feel unwelcome.

Still getting things sorted and done during lockdowns etc. Helpful staff. Big range of safety equipment etc first aid, harnesses, tags, and big range of hi Vis workwear. Also do a very good job with embroidery.

Top tier customer service! Took the time to search through their stock to see if they had one of the 2 safety items I needed (they didn't have it, but pointed me to another local business that did), and helped me out with one they did have - a hard hat - which was supplied at a good price. I highly recommend Shepparton Workwear & Safety!

Ordered my shirt LAST YEAR and finally collected the correct shirt today (6months later)colour and name on my shirt the first time was wrong and they tried to blame it on me saying i spelt my OWN NAME wrong until they checked their sheets and in fact was their fault, I forgave them and proceeded to be patient the second time but AGAIN they got the colour wrong and made me wait longer, the little girl there who i believe was owner or co owners daughter had a fat attitude not knowing what she was talking about.Terrible customer services everytime i came they sent me back , it did not need to take that long to get one simple shirt done

Students from my class and myself have had a long and difficult time with this shop in purchasing our tshirts. Most of us having placed orders LAST year and a fair few are still yet to receive tshirts which are a requirement to have for our placement. At first when I went in to pay for my order they had lost my order completely and I had to refill a new sheet. Then when calling up to see when the tshirt would be ready they had said I never paid for it when I had the receipt right in front of me. Finally for myself and others when recieving our tshirt, they have been incorrectly embroidered with simple words spelt wrong. I didn't know it would be THIS difficult for you to provide us with what we required. I would encourage anyone else who is looking to get uniforms from this shop to look elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Our family spends thousands of dollars on workwear here and we won’t be back. Women in the store were awful and no help at all.

Worst customer service ever. I bought my uniform shirt from them and they wrote my name wrong and said that if it’s gonna make any difference. What if their name is written wrong somewhere. Then they blamed me that they couldn’t understand hand writing. There is always option to re-confirm if any doubts. But the owner yelled at me that it’s not their fault. I haven’t experienced this type of customer service ever where people just start yelling without any reason. I was so polite with him.

Not only are they rude to they're customers but obviously think it's ok to yell n blame everything on their customers when it was their fault n nt mine rude obnoxious stuck up women never again will I waist my hard earn cash there

A fantastic array of designs to chose from. However, the embroidered finished item has taken too long for us to be able to wear! Well over 2 months.
