Excellent work from Vien in making curtains for us. They were professional in their services and ensured that we got what we asked for. Both Vien and his wife, Mai, ensured we remained in the loop throughout the process and answered all our questions so that there were no confusion, which I really appreciated. Curtains were made to an exceptional quality and even completed earlier than expected. Highly recommend Vien's services if anyone is looking for installing or getting new curtains done.

Paid $450.00 for a light which I was happy to pay for. Organised an electrician to install the light it took 3 of us to remove the protective plastic off the lights. The glue from the protective plastic must of been stored in a hot warehouse. The glue is still on the light. I called the store. They were supposed to call me back and see what they will do. It's been over 3 weeks with no response. Don't expect any customer service fr these people. Make sure when you buy lights with protective plastic on it. Ask them to remove it before you purchase it. I won't be buying from this place again. Nor will my family n friends. Horrible service. I have messaged number ending 912 and I not received a response to be able to return the light for an exchange.. Even after review Response. New Update20/6/22 I decided to buy elsewhere as still had no response from anyone. It's not about the money for me. It's the principal.

I never thought I’d find a modern day swags and tails (theatre curtains) but Vien Hong have an amazing range on offer. Great quality with a focus on intricate details. Both the buying and installation process is seamless and the final result is amazing. I’d definitely recommend them and am very happy with my purchase. It’s well worth the cost.

Vien and his wife Mai were both extremely wonderful when we called to ask about designing and constructing kitchen and slide door curtains. They were very accommodating and tailored their services to suit what we needed. They even completed the curtains way before the expected time of completion. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to help my family with installing new curtains for our home, definitely recommend!
