Do not get your car serviced here. If the photos of the car wash are anything to go by I'd be surprised if we've even had an oil change. 10,000k service which includes tyre rotation. We know they did not do this because we have tyre pressure gauges on our tyres (each labelled with tyre identity). When questioned about this service staff point blank lied to us. Hands up anyone that knows what model car this is?? It seems the team at Toyota Katherine thought it was a 200 series. We double checked they'd be able to fit a snorkel for us and even waited extra days so they could do. They did not fit a snorkel. A very un Toyota experience

Great service. We came without appointment early one monday. Our 4wd flashed several warninglights. We were told to take seat in the airconditioned showroom and got a nice cup of coffee while a mechanic would take a look. Within 20 minutes our problem was solved and we were on our way again, free of charge

Outstanding Customer Service from the team at Katherine Toyota, they are extremely busy this time of year and did their best to fit us in to replace our fuel filter.We waited a little while but in the end they got us back on the road.The staff did really well handling some difficult customers coming through demanding their vehicle was fixed straight away even though they are booked out solid for 2 weeks and they had just offered to help us at the same time, so were already over booked, all these people had to do was wait a little while as they were asked, the service team dealt with the situation beautifully and should be commended.I guess some travellers just don't understand where they are and the limited resources available in remote areas. the team out the front really looked after us with some fresh coffee's and biscuits and were lovely to talk with.

If you’re thinking of getting your car serviced here do yourself a favour and keep driving. Worst service I’ve received in 20+ years. Damaged our car and didn’t replace all parts. Wish I never had our car serviced here. Was worried about previous reviews and should have taken their advice and kept driving. Couldn’t even fix a fault that I alerted them to days prior and they had the car for a full day. Extremely poor communication. I was lied to and our practically brand new car was damaged. What else can I say this place is an absolute disgrace. Whilst the damage maybe minor in their eyes we pay a lot for these cars and I expect a level of service. I do not expect to pay them to damage our car. Any decent mechanical shop would know not to use rattle gun on lock nuts.

Would not recommend going ever, for anything! I’ll be taking our Hilux to Darwin and ordered our new Rav from Darwin too.So many issues! From saying vehicle not booked in when you have email confirmation showing it is (of which you get no apology, just a a yeah it is booked in). Then told parts ordered but not, no one calls back, then not ordered for second time. Told parts come from Sydney in 3 weeks, spoke to Darwin Toyota and part comes from Japan.. they make up anything to avoid taking responsibility for not doing something. Honestly never seen such a total s**t show from a dealership. You expect a level of service from a dealership and this is literally only dealership I’ve seen with ZERO customer service. Never going back and making complaint to Toyota Australia!

We limped in here in our Prado with 2 warning lights on. Very friendly service. They hooked us up to the computer and diagnosed and fixed our problem within an hour despite being busy. Also let our kids sit in the air conditioned waiting room which was a welcome respite.

Thanks to Craig today for excellent service in helping out a stranded client as much as possible. Client had lost all keys for the vehicle in a remote location and with Craigs' help and knowledge we managed to get them going again swiftly.

They had my car sitting under the sunlight and water for three months to get a clutch replacement. They offered me a discount for the waiting time and at the end, they charged me the whole $4,300 price.An embarrassment of service. Failure to give me ongoing updates about the arrival of the parts as apparently they had no idea where the parts could be.Within these three months I had to pay three months for my car insurance as well as rego while the car was just parked. It was supposed to be fixed within one month, it didn’t happen. Then, they told me the new estimated time of arrival of the parts was going to be 4 weeks later, guess what? The parts didn’t turn up. After 2 months of waiting time, I sort of lost any hope, and, as I thought, the clutch was replaced one month later. The clutch got replaced so late that I had to buy another car to be able to move around town.Three months for a ridiculous price, not an apology and zero $ discount.Toyota’s leverage is huge anywhere in the world and probably the impact of my review is going to be nil, but, Toyota Katherine has lost one good customer.
