Took͏ Care of EverythingNick did a great job selling the property. While the auction didn't attract bidders, Nick had the house sold for a price we were very happy with in a few weeks. He gave us good advice on preparing the property for sale and helped in many ways with removal of rubbish and furniture prior to sale. We couldn't be happier.

Crazy amount of lights and LCD TVs in front of their building. Not environmentally friendly and a huge light pollution source. These are on 24/7. They have also taken to not turning off the internal office lighting at night. Their energy bill must be huge. Hard to sleep when their lights blare into residential property.
