Great view stretching out over the township and across the ocean. Good place to take a break during a drive and enjoy gelato and coffee.

Great architecture. Great views at night of Wollongong lights. Being on the pointy deck reminded me of being in a ships bow - you know, like the Titanic movie.

Excellent visitor centre packed with info to explore the south coast. Staff is super friendly.The viewing platform is a nice addition, we stopped off on a foggy day so couldn’t see beyond the immediate tree line but the map shows each point visible from the lookout on a clear day.Good bathrooms and there is also drinks, snacks and gelato available.

Always make a toilet stop on my way from Sydney to my home down the coast. Nice cuppa and muffin hits the spot with a lovely view. Maria is always very friendly.

What an amazing place to stop, an unbelievable view. And the man that work in the coffee shop/restaurant is very polite. Coffee is good and I even get my choc chip muffin warmed up. Thumbs up from me

One of the best visitor's centre with an amazing ocean views also has public amenities, descent selection of menus from the restaurant with dine in options with limited seating. You can also go for a few lookouts. During the busy period finding a car park can be a little challenging, otherwise great place to stop by ☺️

Good for a quick stop-over to enjoy the view overlooking Thirroul and Bulli. Altitude 1148 Dining is not an ideal place to grab quick bites though, we decided to skip getting food here. Wollongong Visitor Information Centre was closed during our visit. Toilets are available.
