Great butcher on the corner of the fairlight shops. The crew are legends and offer brilliant service. It seems small, but I was amazed when he insisted on slicing up the chicken for the dinner I was preparing - a really great touch!

The range of products here is amazing. Ryan and his fabulous team are so helpful when you're not sure about a certain cut, or unsure what to buy! They'll even tell you how to cook it to perfection. Meat is always the freshest, and the biltong they sell is 10/10. I look forward to Christmas time when they get the BEST prawns and oysters in. There's always something new in store, sauces or new cheeses to try.Good old-fashioned service with a smile.

Well in my search for a butcher shopOn the Northern beaches has led me to 5 shops so far this currently the best . The staff personality bit like the products on shelves common garden variety trendy which is a shame and needs a bit more work . Meat products so far A1

Ryan and the staff are always happy and very helpful. The quality of the meat is outstanding and I love that it's sourced from sustainable farming, antibiotic and hormone free. Pricing for the quality is great too.So happy to have finally found my favourite butcher! Thanks Ryan :)
