To begin with I was feeling very overwhelmed by the software XERO. After having one-on-one training with Sara I was left feeling very confident with how to use the program and extremely aware of how XERO will help my business Avocado Constructions. Highly recommend their training program.

Given 3 stars, they could certainly be a 4 or 5 star if nothing goes wrong, but if you hit a rocky patch, you may find yourself looking for outside help.So much potential, so much skill, sadly missed the expectation they'd set. We did our best to work with Diverse Cloud to get on track when their internal staff changed, we even agreed to move to Xero but a lack of accountability when mistakes were made just turned the relationship sour.16th November 2018 UpdatedUpdated review from 3 to 1 star despite the response below saying you want to communicate about this issue your office have ignored my concerns and demand payment for work that failed to eventuate. I recommend other people go elsewhere.We are very happy with Smart Books Online despite having to pay them to complete work that Diverse Cloud told us they would do.

I have been working with Sarah and the team at DBC for the past 5 years and I can honestly say I have never worked with such reliable, helpful bookkeepers. They go over and above every time to ensure my books are in order and my BAS lodged on time. They are extremely patient and helpful with advice as well. Would highly recommend to anyone! I have had the pleasure of having Diverse Business Consultants look after my accounts for the past few years. My account was moved to Diverse when my original book keeper Stephanie merged her business with Diverse.There was no consultation to ask if I was okay with this.Unnerving when you consider these are my finances and are relating to my main source of income.Since the merge I allowed around a year however no one from Diverse ever introduced themselves to me, I was systematically over charged over and above my original agreement with Stephanie (I was reimbursed once I complained) and seemed to be dealing with a number of different people which I guess is efficient for Diverse and suits them but it certainly is not what I wanted, as discussed with Stephanie -I wanted someone to know my business and be proactive in advising me and to look after the whole book keeping for my business.I have now left Diverse and are still receiving bills that I consider unreasonable for services that were not provided.

I have really loved everything about working with Diverse. We first attended some of their training sessions to brush up on our Xero skills. These were invaluable! As our business has grown, we now use Diverse to do our bookkeeping so that we can focus on running and expanding our business. They are so professional.
