This morning l had a very pleasant customer experience, with good-natured, helpful staff at the Howitt St store. Prior to my visit, Matt assisted me with my phone enquiry, confirming they stocked the cartridge l sought. Even better, it was on sale. The in-store experience was equally rewarding.l'd recommend The P & O. Wizards for excellent service.

Lovely, friendly service from the guys at Printer and Office Wizard. I took in my old printer and they got back to me quickly with the outcome. They could fix my old printer but it would have cost too much for me so I ended up with a great new one at a very competitive price. Will definitely go back for my ink supplies and any other printing needs.

They are knowledgeable and professional. Offering expert advice and excellent customer service. I took a printer in to them and they fixed it the same day, I also needed more ink which they didn't have in stock so they ordered it for me, when it came in they dropped it off to my address as they were out driving nearby and thought they would save me a trip to go in to pick it up! Above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone for all your printer needs

I don't get down Ballarat way much but when I do I always drop for some print paper.The guys are always helpful and friendly.I would like to see this type of service in more stores.
