To summarise, this was the most unprofessional and incompetent accountant I've had to displeasure to interact with.Not only did they turn up late with only 7 minutes of my appointment remaining. They had the audacity to assume that this was completely acceptable and that I should trust them to handle my business in 7 minutes despite them running massively overtime in their previous appointment.Not only did they fundamentally not understand why this was wrong considering it is a paid professional service that has legal implications. They also could not comprehend that they should communicate they have an appointment and a hard stop with their previous client or potentially send a message to tell me they are running late or need to reschedule.The fact that a paid professional that is going to be submitting documents that have legal implication thinks that it is okay to turn up 23 minutes late to a 30 minute appointment and retort with I am sorry...I said I am sorry what could I do" shows that they simply should not be working in this current role.The accountant in question is Jina DeSilva and should under no circumstances be trusted to be used for professional client services."

My return was billed over a week ago and still hasn't been submitted to the ATO and I can't even get an explanation or return call. Unprofessional as hell. Would not recommend.
