Vinnies

I have been Opp shopping for 30+ years. Worse service in this time.TOTAL INCONSISTENCY by the same staff member (apparant manager).Two days ago, I was welcomed upon entry, browsed & bought several items.Today I was refused entry because I would not hand sanitise.I explained only a couple of minutes ago I had washed my hands.ZERO REQUEST to sanitise only 2 days ago by the same staff member.Over the last 18 months I have been into approximately forty Vinnies stores (including during COVID at it's worst), and NEVER been refused entry on this basis.Appalling customer service.They do not deserve my business. Regrettable in that reduced sales disadvantages the most needy. I shall not be returning. Please note this only applies to Mount Isa Vinnies, as my experiences in other Vinnies stores has been wonderful.

Lovely lady at the counter. Lots of variety. Was a sale on when I went which has some absolute bargains. Only sugestion would be to organise to sizes together. It takes a long time to look through the clothes.
