It was my first time visiting Bodyharmonie. Nat is warm, professional and considered in her approach. In particular I loved the use of warming and cooling gels and Nat's perfect combination of pressure and release. I'll definitely be back!

I've had some tension on my shoulders and neck that's been causing me headaches since last week. Nat worked her magic and her techniques were AMAZING! She's also very nice. I walked out feeling refreshed and lighter. Booking was fuss-free and the place wasn't so hard to find. Will definitely think about coming back.

First time visit after reading great reviews. Nat was so great, the massage was nice and relaxing but at the same time really worked my knots, super tight traps, shoulders and neck area. I honestly felt like a different person walking out. One small bonus is the unscented oil, I really don’t like strong fragrances so I appreciated that! Going to rave about this place to all my family and friends and definitely will be back. Thanks Nat & team!

I was looking for a proper massage that didn't cost a fortune or try to sell you beauty products afterwards so I found Body Harmonie on a random google search and as it had great reviews I booked. I had Nat, who is simply amazing. She taught me so many things about my body, explained why my muscles could be tight, gave me ideas to help prevent them getting so bad again and although it was painful (in a good way) I felt so so good afterwards and in the days that followed. I will be going back for sure!!
