Great price and great service! I have been bringing my clothes and my husband’s to her shop for the last 7 years. She always welcomes us warmly and suggests the best ways to alter the clothes that keeps the cost down, not just about charging for higher services. The shop is run by an elderly couple so have respect for them.

came highly recommended in the area of thornbury - my partner got some pants hemmed with them, it was fine. i got some buttons changed on a coat, also fine. i then took one dress in for alterations, a quite simple dress but that was too big in the chest and needed the straps shortened, first time i picked it up, she added buttons to the straps and didn’t shorten them when i never asked for buttons, so i took it back. every single time i picked it up, there was something wrong and i had to take it back. i’ve just picked it up for a third time and it’s even worse than when i first took it in and is beyond repair now and will go in the bin. will never take any item here again.
