I wanted some parts for my car and was advised by an employee over the phone they had a 2008 silver astra in stock. Wasted an hour of my day and $20 fuel as when I arrived I was greeted by gormless expressions and kept waiting in reception for 15 mins before they told me it was a computer error and they couldn't help me. Didn't seem to care or even offer to take my number down and call when they had an arrival in. Overall pretty piss poor service and a waste of time. Wouldn't use again.
