Professional and well priced organisation that has honest and well trained technicians. Hayden often does our cars, excellent guy with good knowledge and takes the time to explain anything out of the ordinary on the car. Have been using Romanos for years on both our cars, never had any reason for complaint.

After a bad experience in Canning Vale and high quotes near where we live I took a punt on Romano's, the reviews seemed favourable. Honest hard working people, excellent work, a full detailed report with photos and all at a fair price, it was well worth the drive, highly recommended

Romano’s technical expertise is a class above the rest.Before contacting Romano’s I booked my car into another major branded mechanic workshop to diagnose an intermittent rough idle. The other workshop told me I would need a new ECU and to take the car to Holden. I took their advice and after spending $1,200 to replace the ECU, the car still had the same issues.I contacted Romano’s after seeing their YouTube videos which demonstrated their expertise and passion for achieving positive results for customers and also broadening the workshops knowledge base. Using a systematic approach they diagnosed the issue as an injector failure and were able to conduct testing to confirm this diagnosis. This gave me confidence they weren’t just throwing more parts at my car.Rob Romano’s communication with me about the issue and my options was excellent, he kept me well informed of the progress and didn’t beat around the bush with my options and the pro’s/cons of each. Rob and his team are clearly a cut above the rest, his technical knowledge and approach will save his customers time and money compared to other workshops who will just throw parts at cars.My car is back to running perfect again, I can’t recommend this workshop enough. Couldn't recommend Romano's Automotive highly enough. I've had several of the mechanics service my car and every one of them has been professional, punctual, and thorough. Rob is always prompt to respond to any queries and goes out of his way to give detailed explanations. In an industry that can be difficult to find quality service, these guys are exceptional. They are also more than reasonably priced - if anything they should be charging more! Will never use another mechanic again - no surprises they only have 5 star reviews.

Super happy with the professional, friendly and knowledgeable logbook service that Hayden provided on my Mazda 2. Price was very reasonable, and all issues as well as potential future issues were communicated in detail. Would absolutely recommend Romano's Automotive! If you have been looking for an honest, master technician, Rob is your man.Rob explained the repair & parts needed, sent me photo's of what he found & took the time to run through the job he had done in easy to understand terms.Update, took my wife's Estima to Rob to get some oil leaks fixed (which I couldn't fix myself).Rob discussed with me (and kept me informed during the repair) in detail the costs involved & what should be done whilst undertaking an 'engine out' job e.g. timing belt kit, drive belt kits, plugs, hoses etc that will save money in the long run ... do it once & do it properly I say ...(People spend money on new phones & gadgets yet skimp when it comes to maintaining, what is often their second most expensive asset after their house or drop hundreds on meals or clothes etc ... I just don't get it.)I was really impressed with Rob's extensive diagnostic systems which takes the guess work out of issues your car is experiencing.
