Vicalates

Alright. To the men out there who are going to the gym across the street day in and day out. Give it a break. Literally, take a break from your normal schedule and walk on over to Vicalates and give it a shot. It'll be challenging because you probably have never been required to go through body movements in a fashion similar to the reformer pilates style but boy, let me tell you, this s*!@ will get you fired up and feeling revitalized. I'm not saying that females in the same spot can't take my advice but I can more honestly an appropriately advise a guy than I can a lady. Victoria is great and she'll make you feel welcomed and laugh with you rather than at you as you learn. Give it a shot people, fix your s*!@ and get your body into a state of growth rather than being stagnated in the box you've put yourself in through habit!!

Hands down the best Pilates studio around town. Great vibes, engaged instructors and an all around welcoming atmosphere. Many studios have switched to a recorded exercise video approach with classes but Vicalates is 100% hands on instructor led and tailored to get your bad bod back into baddie shape.

The most beautiful pilates studio I've ever been to! Victoria is the best of the best when it comes to reformer pilates and I wouldn't trust anyone else for a reformer pilates class!

I’ve been doing reformer for a very long time and I’ve tried different places , but Vicalates is by far my favourite. They deliver the most challenging and interesting routines. All instructors are knowledgeable , professional and engaging. Great space with a great positive energy.

This studio has become my second home ✨ I have been a member for 18 months, attend 5 classes a week and can honestly say that I am in love with everything about the studio. The space is beautiful, inviting and warm. The instructors are fun, beautiful people who challenge you. This is so much more than a pilates studio, it's a family. And the best bit?! Their puppy friendly so I can take my pooch along! What more could you want?

One of the best reformer studios in Teneriffe/ Newstead by far. Such a welcoming vibe that makes it enjoyable to come to class - even the morning pilates classes!

This place is just amazing!! I have tried a few different reformer studios (with a handful of different instructors) and none even come close to Vicalates! The studio is gorgeous and friendly, and the classes are always different & they get better and better everytime! Chelsea is an absolute gem and seriously knows her stuff - I have yet to do a session with Victoria but I can't wait! Thanks ladies, love your work.

I absolutely LOVE this studio. I had never done reformer pilates before, and Victoria made sure I knew exactly what I was doing. She has so much knowledge of the human body, and the correct exercises to improve your glutes, core strength, and posture.
