Jones Park Nets Parramatta

I have been complaining through Send, Snap and Solve app about the condition of the turf and mesh. Oil was spilled apparentky bu those who play soccer in Jones Park oval 2. I have chatted with Lord Mayor Ms Donna Davis about the poor condition of these nets and how an upgrade and good maintenance could help all kids, adults who train there. She then brought it to the attention of council and I received an email with case number that facilities will ge maintained. However after all these months, just 1 turf has been relaid. It doesn't cost much for Parramatta council to upgrade and maintain sporting facilities that are used by both residents of Parramatta as well as Cumberland. These are the only nets available in Mays Hill/Westmead/Parramatta area. Next ones are in North Parramatta. Toilets, lighting and shrubs, trees need a good maintenance or upgrade in Jones Park situated in Banks Street. Most of the time, toilets are closed and area is dark for walkers who walk from Ollie Webb Reserve towards Burnett Street.
