Bedshed Highpoint

A huge thank you to Kris and the team at Bedshed! After walking into a few of the other stores in the homemaker centre and being met with less-than stellar customer service, Kris was so lovely and helpful. I had a clear budget in mind, and I’ve recently recovered from a back injury so I had a very specific brief. Kris is really knowledgeable and was able to suggest a few different options for me to try that were all in my budget so I was able to splurge on the best possible mattress protector, and he helped me organise for delivery all while in the store. Some lovely humans here!

Bought the Airlie king bed and love it. Finally upgraded to a king and we're chuffed it looks so nice. Christopher helped us in the showroom and was really knowledgable about the different products. The delivery service was spot on too. Hamza and Ben of BB transport were great on communication and really friendly.

A great place to visit, well stocked variety, spacious sorroundings and well decorated displayed bedding furniture.

My Partner and I visited Bedshed to look for a Bed Suite and Mattress for our new home but didn’t know where to start. Olivia and the Team were very knowledgeable, helpful and lovely throughout the process. We purchased our dream Bed Suite and are very happy! We can’t wait for our delivery! After having been avoiding mattress shopping and sleeping rough for more than a year we decided to go on a quest to find the perfect one. Many shops and much overwhelm later we finally ended up at Bedshed and what a difference! Cecilia was a true gem, she was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all (if you've been mattress shopping you know this is rare) she was a great help, guided us, made recommendations without trying to up sell, allowing us try and make our own mind up. I walked in looking for a new mattress, luckily staff there were very knowledgeable and honest with which bed in my price range was the best for me.When organising delivery they explained my 2 options, giving me their earliest delivery date or the address to the factory to pick up myself if urgently needed.Thank you to the team for helping and making it a positive experience.

Was hesitant is spending a lot of money but I couldn’t resist. I had been serviced by the wonderful Sandy D. She had a pure energy and had stated so many facts and I felt like she had huge passion towards me getting something that was going to last me a long time and that a bed and mattress. All questions were answered plus more, she was a true professional and made me so excited on such a big purchase. I truly believe she is a wonderful and such a great personality in such a boring environment but she made it so enjoyable. I didn’t want to leave, she then gave me recommendations about other products and facts on care. She really read the room and took her time, I appreciate it so much.Thank you sandy, you truly run that place, without you I can’t imagine they’d do too well!!!!!! I recently purchased a mattress and pillows from Bedshed Highpoint. I purchased during the sale so got a great deal, ordered online (easy) and delivery was organised promptly. The Highpoint team was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, no issue to answer additional financing and delivery questions. In particular Chris went out of his way to personally deliver an item that was mistakenly missed in the delivery. Thanks for an excellent customer experience. Had issues with my mattress and some staff members. Olivia was really lovely, patient and professional. She went above and beyond and provided me with a replacement matress and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Thank you bedshed. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more mattresses.
