Ella had the nerve to serve someone before me now I’m not sure what there process is with customer service and who gets served but I was at the counter before the other gentleman and she goes to serve him before me anyways I just think it’s rude and I work in retail in a department store and know that we serve whoever is next not just who jumped the queue. Not coming back here too shop. Going to go too Coles from now on.

It would appear that you don’t have to pay hereAfter notifying staff that there was a young lady literally throwing large amounts of cosmetics into a bag, they let her be there for another 5 mins until she walked out the door unchallenged.They didn’t look up from their chat or phones. Meanwhile I stand here in a queue waiting to pay. Infuriating!!!

Disappointed that my jar of Cottees Marmalade size has reduced from 550g to 375g with a slight increase in price. We all know about inflation but let's just have one inflation indicator of a price increase, not a reduction in the size as well, false economy Woolies!!!!!!

For gods sake covid pandemic has passed yet this supermarket still has massive plastic screens up in front of each teller. All day long all they do is say hey? What? Sorry can't hear you. Sooo frustrating. Remove them or at least put a slot in them so some noise comes through.!!! And we can communicate acceptably.

This woolies is a little gem.Not only can you get your usual groceries but they also have a fresh little sushi Bar with staff making sushi fresh all day. They even made me some that wasn't out. Great little place to shop with easy parking.
