Beautiful food, service, environment and produce.Coffee was above expectations and open from 7.30am meant we could walk down from accomodation and walk back after being awake very early with kids.Ladies behind the counter were very helpful and aided dietary needs.

Very nice cafe! Great atmosphere in a perfect location. We went straight to this cafe after getting off the ferry and had lunch here. Coffee was good but we did wait extra long for our wraps. There wasn’t many people people but we saw multiple workers so we couldn’t understand why such a long wait. Other than that we give it the thumbs up! And excellent to see that they provide “Who gives a crap” toilet paper which is what we also purchase.

Millie Maes is our favourite cafe to visit out of any cafe anywhere. Having 2 young boys there is a play kitchen that keeps them entertained and plenty of room for them to explore the garden.It is a very relaxing place and the staff are all amazing in helping clean any spills the kids may cause or even supplying an extra marshmallow in their babychinos.The food and coffee is also perfect

This is a really cool relaxing place on a hot day. The food is as you'd expect, the service better, but the atmosphere is exceptional.Coming in off the beautiful beach on a hot day, you need somewhere to cool off. This is it.Our small children were entertained by the very cool old timey play set an easy distance away while we all sat in the thick shade of spreading trees. The toy kitchen looked home-made and it really fit with the island charm.They had vegan options, which you can't always take for granted. I wish someone would teach chefs how to make something vegan without packing it with eggplant, such a teacher would be a true hero, a captain planet. In the meantime just being able to eat something healthy and competently cooked in that atmosphere really exceeded expectations.Thank you.

Such a gem in Penneshaw! After a long day going back and forth in the island, it was such a nice surprise to find this place. Cosy and comfortable, a beautiful environment with such a nice vibe. The sandwiches were really fresh and tasty, as the salad we had. The staff was really nice and friendly.If you’re in the island and need to recharge your battery with some coffee and good food, there is wrong stopping by this place.

Arrived on Kangaroo Island and the pantry was very busy, service was slow which was understanble. Coffee was good. Went back later in the afternoon, not so busy. Really good food and drinks. Recommended.

Our first stop off the ferry. Thoroughly lived up to the great reviews. Fabulous staff. Amazing vegan option for lunch with the vegan wrap with yummy veggies and salad plus raw slices, I got the choc raspberry one which was divine. The meat eaters enjoyed a baguette and burger. Both really enjoyed their meal. Beautiful garden to sit and eat in and an overall fantastic experience. Thank you!
