I called today to see if the Antigen Raid test was available and if so how long, the girl that serviced was very polite helpful and a delight to served by and said I will do it straight away for you. In no time at all she returned and thanked me for my service a wonderful gesture on her behalf to which I thanked her. That meant so much to me and you would have this occur all the time in the USA. Would not recommend buying any electronic products,after sales service is horrendous.I bought the Oral B aquacare 4,even if you don’t want a refund,if unsatisfied with the product,they won’t exchange it.Instead you will need to contact the company arrange to return post the item at your expense and wait for a refund .Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely no space to stand while waiting to drop a script in or collect it. Every aisle is filled with customers waiting for their own items making it very difficult to look for items or not be in the way over other customers

Went in today at 12pm today, went to check out and the young girls behind the counter took little to no interest in serving me, talking about their breaks and how they ended up on New Year's Eve. The only thing they took interest in was offering me a receipt which they couldn't even manage to do that.

I am a regular in this store and last week had several scripts filled including a new one, which was a schedule 8 drug and there was no counseling whatsoever, the pharmacist didn’t even come to the front counter. NOT GOOD !This store is far to small for the volume of traffic it has, they really need bigger premises with wider isles. The staff are more often than not unhelpful and disinterested in doing their Job properly. They don’t smile they don’t make eye contact and are more interested in talking about their personal life.
