First time went in, waited 30mins, no service so left. Second time waited 15mins, no service so left. Third time went to the counter and got served. Bought 2 king single mattresses and bed frames. Wasn’t told when paying for the bed that there would be an installation fee if we want the bed installed. I don’t believe we should be charged with installation as we paid for a $9500 bed. Delivery was an hour late, outside the delivery time.

Just had back surgery and looking for a new mattress, I don't like hard sell tactics but found these reps friendly, informational and transparent, they don't hover over you like most salespeople and they noticed we'd been there a long time and supplied bottled water. Great service from both Gail and Lynn over 2 days. Highly recommend spending some time in this store if serious about sleep health.

$10K Bed purchase experience. I was mislead by sales person, replacement mattress was an issue. Second one, within 2 months has multiple threads coming away. When asked to return the item for a refund as I am not happy with the service or the products. They refused. Don't listen to their reply to my review, it's all lies again. Shop Else Where.

stay away from this store they mislead you in all what they say, not clear with T&Cs, they mention 90 day sleep guarantee but then they didn't explain you can't actually give the product back to get a refund or credit. They encouraged me to buy a mattress on that day because prices were going up, but 10 days later the same mattress was advertised $500 dollars less, they take you for a ride with no shame

So I haven't been in this shop before cause I normally shop at bedshed, Harvey Norman or other shops for beds. Was quite surprised with the range that they had. The prices were also reasonable and the branda they stock are great mid to high range items. The sales people were lovely and friendly. Most likely will go back to get a deal from them for a tempur mattress.

We came in to 40 winks Robina looking to buy our first brand new mattress.Marc was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the perfect mattress.He used body scanning technology to find the perfect fit for us both, making sure we have maximum comfort and support for our different body types.All in all it was a great experience and we chose an amazing mattress which we will enjoy for many years to come.Thanks team!

We were very happy with staff at forty winks Robina store. We waited 2 weeks for delivery and mattress was delivered and installed. Upon further inspection mattress has tear from manufacturer who wanted to take away for repairs. We ended up getting them to replace mattress but now have to wait another 2 weeks. A bit inconvenient as we now can’t sleep in our room
