I avoid this Chemist. Whilst the pharmacist is extremely helpful, some of the staff (especially the older assistant) are rude and gossipy. (Overheard)

Staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They know their stuff & if something is not stocked by them, the staff will always try to get it in store, usually within a day or two.

Always a great experience in this store. Amy especially always goes out of her way to help me every time I go in and delivers a really great personal experience that you don't find in most places. I'm not sure what the lower star reviews are referring to - I go in all the time because they sell some lines I can't get anywhere else and have never had a bad experience. Can't recommend Amy enough!

This chemist needs to really improve. Customer service can improve, the way you operate can improve. The hours can be extended.. you are the closest chemist to this district. At least open at 9am when the hours are 9am. You need longer hours for people needing to shop later. You defiantly close right on the dot. Some staff are rude and don’t offer a friendly hand. Good points, is location and convenience.

I posted a review at the start of this business opening and whilst it certainly was not a bad review, it was an acknowledgement of the fact that the place was new. Through the evolution of the business which I believe Pharmacist “Ann” is in charge of, you have become an extraordinarily awesome service. You will confirm this as evidenced by your sales. What the sales do not show however is the level of care and customer service that is exhibited. As a retired accountant and someone who started and built a multi million dollar business; I have a bit of an idea. Ann is just brilliant and through surreptitious enquiries over many months., the staff feel the same way so finally…Well done and thank you.
