The Play Room

It was nice to see a great selection of toys here in this store, especially the more educational and creative toys. However I was quite taken aback by the service. I was trying to chose between two products, so I was carrying my baby with one arm and searching reviews on my phone with the other. Whilst doing this my mask had dropped below my nose. The older lady that works there (manager?) came up to me and rudely snapped at me to fix my mask (not to offer any help!!). I haven't been spoken to in that tone since I was in primary school. I really wanted to give this place good review, but that lady simply ruined my afternoon. I guess its back to online shopping for me....

I drove halfway across Perth to get to the play room and it was worth it. This place is amazing. You need to get down here if you have children or if you know someone who has children. It is that simple.

Amazing collection of toys. We found a much larger range than other toy stores, and the customer service was fantastic. We were missing an additional part of our purchase, simply rang them & they quickly found it, put it aside for us and were very apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault). Will definitely be returning.

This is a fantastic toy shop with a great range of educational toys and helpful staff. There's plenty of toys out for kids to play with and you can easily spend a long time walking the aisles. Price is fair and it's great to support local businesses which aren't just selling the toys of the day but toys that will be loved and last.

Great range of fun and educational kids toys, unfortunately a bit pricey, but happy to support independent.

This is one store that I have mixed feelings about. It's a lovely store and great for the kids and their staff are great. However they are just so overpriced, bordering a rip off. I understand they are independent but they aren't even competitive in some instances. Example Lego Mario starter kit has an RRP of $89.99 and can be found regularly for $79 at larger retailers, the play room's price $104.99. I'm sorry but Lego is Lego and no amount of service is going to make me pay that much extra for a product.

Good selection of toys for a range of ages. Has full selections from companies which are hard to find in other places.

Great selection here. Unfortunately the staff don’t seem to want to work there. Not happy and smiley like you would hope for someone working in a kids store. Asking a question seemed to annoy the woman who was at the checkout when we went to buy our things.

Fantastic range of toys, games, equipment, puzzles, dress ups ... You name it!! Very kid friendly space, though I would suggest visiting without kids or you will be there for HOURS.

Overpriced tbh, everything I've seen there lego or other has always been more expensive... they have a large selection but not really sure there is anytime I'd purchase from them because the price so much higher then most other places. I wanna support them but just rather not pay almost double to do so...
