Great range well laid out in their show room. The salesman did a good job identifying the builders range and all the options and then upsold us for the carpet making sure we were owner occupants and it would suit our needs. All within budget with wooden flooring to match. Full costings off the plan we shared was worked out quickly.

Not professional installer.Most corners are not tucked properly and can be lifted easily.Another thing to beware of is making sure you check the product that been put in.We had underlay upgrade, but they end up putting in the standard underlay.They would just move on if I didnt check the skip bin.When I contacted them, I was told they forgot and can only replace half of the house because of the tight schedule and refunded me some part.However I definitely felt they took advantage of us and only refunded very small portion.Spent more than $1000 and only got back $50 for half the house worth.Only plus is they have good and friendly salesperson.

The lino on our new house was terrible, has lumps everywhere and isn't stuck to the floor properly very upsetting, have made complaints but no one comes to fix the problem. Would not recommend using carpet call for your new house.

Paid for wooden shutters to be installed with final payment made at the beginning of November. 6 months and 3 attempts later the job is finally completed. The sales rep that I dealt with basically didn’t want to know about my job after I made the final payment. First attempt failed as the wrong sized shutters were delivered, the second attempt the shutters were scratched and damaged and the third attempt almost failed due to wring sizing again. The final attempt only worked as I got involved in finding a solution. I thought I’d be due some compensation but no luck. By far the most incompetent group I’ve had to deal with.

Extremely bad customer service and poor communication. Avoid them if you value your money and time. Once they have your money, all the local stores refer you to the head office in Balcatta, where you will get zero satisfaction.

This company has the worst customer service. Phone calls never get returned, providing all the information a customer needs is not given and going to upper management is worse as they agree with you with how the company has done wrong but dont do anything about it. If this is the head office for carpet call i could only imagine what the other stores a like.

If you build your house with certain contractors, they give you a discount voucher, so you can get your flooring wholesale price, lots of collection and good service, lovely staff.
