I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough from my first initial enquiry, through to installation and even troubleshooting user error after install they have been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for Michael!!

Michael and his team did such a great job and even came back to adjust things a couple of weeks later when we wanted something changed. We live down in Shellharbour and it was no issue for them coming down here at all. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

What a great experience, it all started with a question about how to service our 15+ year old Split system, which lead us talking about replacement options, which is when Michaels extensive industry experience showed, he talked to us about the Pro's & Con's of replacing the split system with another and then also explained to us about a ducted system with its Pro's and Con's.He made sure, throughout the entire process starting with choosing the system, planning, installing and finally to completion, we understood every step and were across all the thing we need to know as a client. I can honestly say that I would recommend Shire Air Conditioning to anyone, and that the customer service we received was well above the expectations, which includes the team (The two lads) that installed the system.

Both the inspection/quotation visit and the installation date were attended punctually, they were the 3 friendliest people you could imagine, in and out with no hassle, knew what they were talking about, left us instructions on how to make sure we get the most out of our new unit, and just delivered the most professional service we could have imagined. Shire Air Con installed a ducted reverse cycle system in two of the houses we lived in and we never had any issues, until we had a power surge in our current house a good ten years after the install - ps, the surge was not the fault of Shire AC. Michael from Shire AC came back and helped diagnose the issue and systematically worked with us to resolve the problem. He was always helpful and persisted until the issue was ultimately resolved. I would highly recommended the team at Shire AC for any of your AC requirements.

We had an old Daikin ducted air con unit that stopped working. I asked a few Companies for Quotes (or to try and organise one). Steven came back to me quickly, then came by, assessed the requirements and gave a good price estimate for a Fujitsu.Today Steven and his Team, Daniel and Nick came to install. Not only were they perfectly on time, but they were quick, friendly and professional. Nick has a passion for the work that you can see, and Daniel was a Senior on the Team that ensured the work was done but that safety was taken seriously (especially in today's heat). It can be an uneasy feeling when strangers come into your home but this was absolutely not the case. The dog was welcomed and made sure she didn't get out when going through sections.Not only did they take the time to find out which zones were wanted, but renamed them for convenience, and went through step by step how to use the new panel and make sure I was capable.We are already starting to cool down and we are very glad we went with Shire Air.Do we recommend this Company? Yes. Good price, great timeline and even better experience.Thank you Steven, Daniel and Nick - you Gentlemen are awesome at what you do - the skill and care comes through loud and clear - even though it's the every day for you.
