Had an absolutely awful experience. I had a tooth removed and all it caused me was grief. After four days the pain was meant to subside, but it didn’t. Unfortunately due to a bad practice and no emergency number. I was left in agony for the weekend. This lead me to another dentist I was able to contact on a Sunday afternoon. I had a massive infection in my face. This required antibiotics. After this infection, I’ve picked 6 pieces of bone out of my jaw after the removal of the tooth and Never again will I return to that practice.

I hardly waited any time before I was seen by a knowledgeable dentist. The dentist ensured my comfort, providing a commentary of what he was doing every step of the way.The clinic is both fresh and appealing and is within a shopping centre complex meaning before or after the appointment, you’re able to grab those last minute dinner items.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As someone who's had very bad experiences with dentists in the past, which have created feelings of trepidation & nervousness, the people at Smile Dental were fantastic. From the wonderful Piper who took my original call, who was very considerate and caring, to Phoebe who was also very understanding, to the impressive Dr Chris & his fine assistant in the room, my experience was both reassuring & a vast contrast to my uncertainty leading up to my appointment. I'm back in May and I'll be feeling much less nervous in my subsequent visits.

I have always struggled in the dentist chair at any procedure, my biggest phobia. Dr. Gabrielle Kim was amazing, friendly, reassuring and explained the procedure step by step along the way which helped lots. I have visited 4 times now and do not have a problem returning again next visit. Friendly team, all receptionist staff are lovely.

My 9 month old had an intrusion injury. They slotted us in the next day as emergency. This is his review: ‘my mummy took me in because I banged my mouth cruising the coffee table. I think smile dental is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was so excited they put on ‘miss Rachel for babies’ in the waiting room for me so I didn’t have a tantrum waiting. The dentist was kind and funny and I even let him feel around my toothy pegs without biting him like I would have for anyone else. My mummy thought the receptionist was very friendly and I would recommend Smile dental to all of my baby friends. -Asher (aged 9 months)

I would definitely recommend Warrnambool Smile Dental. I had heard positive reviews from a few people I know beforehand.The clinic is bright and clean and the staff are friendly. Dr Moon was wonderful and talked me through everything he was doing to my teeth and was always checking to see how I was feeling. Thank you Dr Moon and thank you Warrnambool Smile Dental.

Warrnambool Smile Dental are great. My family and I have been using them for a couple of years now and every time we see them it is a good experience. Reception are very friendly and on a number of occasions have managed to find emergency appointments for a sore tooth. We have seen both Gabrielle and Joseph both of whom are friendly, efficient and good with children. Competitively priced and recommended.

Had an old filling come out which was replaced by a modern day one - looks and feels good so far -Dentist Explained how everything was going on with X-ray etc- the place is clean, nice and bright - everyone seems friendly - Prices are about the same as any Dentist (expensive lol) oh, the first time i rang up no one answered and it said the massage bank was full so it just hung up on me - forgot to mention this when i was in! - Thanks Guys! , see you next year!
