Awesome Plan Management are the gold standard for plan management.They are an incredibly responsive and supportive team. Monthly breakdowns alongside a summary of all paid invoices sent fortnightly, always responding in a timely manner and going above and beyond to deal with the NDIA to resolve issues when required are some of the points of difference I appreciate. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plan manager with excellent systems in place as well as easy access over the phone.

I have been with Awesome Plan Management for a couple of years, I think, or maybe 3. They are absolutely brilliant.Prior to them I have had so many turnovers of plan managers because they simply were disappointing and unprofessional plan managers and half the time I had to do their job for them.Awesome Plan Management have been so supportive, helpful and understanding and very professional. The support team are quick to respond and process document and payments quickly and do the outmost to meet my specific needs. I truly hope these people do not ever leave because I want them for as long as I can have them. Truly outstanding work. I cannot ask for anything further. Invoices are paid in a timely manner, the staff are always polite and absolutely excellent, they go above and beyond in all of their undertakings. Awesome plan management are just that AWESOME. Ali and his team are exceptional in managing my daughter's needs. All my supports have reported prompt and efficient service, meaning we could focus on my daughter not finances. Without Awesome plan management my NDIS funding would be useless as I cannot manage accounts on top of ensuring best care practises for her. I have used APM for a couple of years now and I have to say that they have been easy to deal with and have made life easier at our end that's for sure. Our staff have always been paid on time and most invoices paid within 24 hours. I had terrible problems before I switched over to these guys. I definitely recommend Awesome plan management

I cannot reccommend Awesome Plan Management enough. I have had 3 plan managers in the the past. Ali is personable, willing to help and always looking for a way to assist you with whatever questions or queries you have. Awesome management are knowledgable and really are there to assist you.It takes a weight of your shoulders to know they are on your side.They also pay all invoices promptly within 24-48 hours always .please give them a try, they are worth more than 5 stars !!
