Fantastic experience with my children today. All staff were extremely kind. Everything was explained to my young children each step of the way, it was a great experience. Excellent with children, even my autistic son. My children loved the play room & the fact there was a tv on the roof when they laid down on the dentist chair. It was an overall fantastic experience, we were made to feel very welcome.

We’ve used this dental practice three times now and it’s always a pleasant experience every time we’re there. All the staff are professional, friendly and approachable. They are also very flexible and accommodating with our booking needs. And of course the dentists are highly efficient and skilled at what they do. We received a 100% quality service from Goldfields Family Dental. We will surely come back here regularly.

Best dentists in the Goldfields. Have used 2 different dentists previously before finding these guys. They are the most gentle and caring dentists I have found. First experience back at dentist for a while and it was great. They made sure I understood everything and ask if I had any questions multiple times. Amazing facilities as well. Very new tech. Would definitely recommend

Iam 65 years old and to say I don't care for dentist would be a huge understatement. I have had a couple bad experiences which has not helped my confidence in them. But I had to bite the bullet and go see one. As nervous as a mouse in a cattery, I made the dreaded call for an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull and got me in very quick. I turned up to find all the staff were very friendly and professional. They had booked me in with the dentist who was best suited to my needs. The dentist came out and introduced himself and greeted me with a handshake. After 2 minutes in the chair I felt completely comfortable with him and knew I was in good hands. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and reassured me he was good at what he does. It was quick and all over in minutes. This experience has completely turned around my out look towards dentist. Matt you and you team are a credit to your profession.Thankyou.

Dr Matt has restored my faith in dentists. I have a terrible gag reflex and had attempted to have my 2 top wisdom teeth out in the chair about 10 years ago. After about half an hour of trying to administer the local anaesthetic they told me I would never be able to get the extraction done in the chair and would need surgery. Fast forward to yesterday when Dr Matt took both top wisdom teeth out in 20 minutes and without inducing my reflex. He was so patient and gentle and talked me through all the steps as he was going through them. Would definitely recommend going in to see the team. They are delightful.

I am travelling on the road and needed some dental attention yesterday. I was very pleased with Dr. Jonathon and the staff there. I had a call back this morning to check on my welfare from Alisa. I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and friendly service. Thank you to all of you.

Dr Cham is the most gentle dentist I've ever seen. If you're the tiniest bit nervous, he is definitely the man to see. He talks you thru every step and is so patient and kind! Thumbs up
