Steve and his very helpful crew didn't hesitate to offer all available assistance to fix a problem that they hadn't created and all without charge. A young traveller in need of a bit of help walked away with a great result and a spring in his step. They were quick to answer the phone and quick to help when the customer showed up. Thanks to all the team at Tackle World and congratulations on doing a good job.

Asked two workers in this shop about fishing the jetty. Both were very uncommitted in their response. I understand the not wanting to give away local secrets but we were asking about a specific fishing spot... either non fishers or not great salesmen... prepared to spend to... but didn't

Great service good product knowledge looks after locals unfortunately rod didn't last a year before breaking was replaced under warranty after much debate

Dropped in here yesterday to get a rod tip fixed and a couple of reels respooled. The guys are all friendly helpful blokes. Gave us some good info on fishing Cape Leveque. Would definitely go back. Pricing was competitive too

Though I've had good service at all Broome tackle shops over the years and know them pretty well, I have to say Tackle World has been the outstanding option a few times, best for service and thats a hard call here.

You got to come to this gem of a place. The service is the best. Staff are friendly and so helpful. There a great range of fishing gear, camping gear, clothes and accessories. If you need something don't hesitate to call Steve at Tackle World Broome.

They’re okay when they look at you. Number of times I’ve been in the shop when they’re doing paperwork and ask a question and they keep doing paperwork and keep look down. Yep, great customer service. Least you got your paperwork done. Visit if desperate. Got to stay on top of that paperwork.
