Seems to me I’m not the only one who thinks your customer service is not ok. Being in business for 17 years is not a reason for being so dismissive of a customer’s experience at your business. Wouldn’t even give you the 1 star and have not had such a reaction from a business owner when explaining my experience in my entire life

BRUMBIE’S bakery is the best bakery shop in town!!!!!. All of the food is of excellent quality with a wide variety of choices, and reasonable prices.The staff are extremely friendly and make every experience a pleasure. Keep up the good work. The people of Ballina are extremely lucky to have your business in town.

Extremely rude and obnoxious staff,They support discrimination of people’s personal health choices regardless of exemptions.Refused me service, when I had already grabbed my loaf and drink, and all I had to do was tap a card from a safe distance.

Brumbys ballina should be ashamed. Ignorant and rude staff refused to serve me due to not wearing a mask even though I have a lawful medical exemption. This is a discriminatory and unlawful act. I will never support a business that thinks this sort of segregation is ok. Shame on you ballina brumbys what a disgraceful act.

Great bakery and lovely people. High quality products, wide variety of choices, and reasonable prices. So sorry to see some irrelevant and unfair reviews on the basis of COVID related matters.We stayed in Ballina for a week and after finding this place visited them for a few times as pastries, pies, and coffee was better than many other cafes and restaurants around. Although there is no place to sit, definitely recommend to takeaway and enjoying it in many beautiful spots around.

Bought fresh bread to go with cold meat and cheese with a close mate from Evic paints in Sydney .Unfortunately he passed away very suddenly at work in a devasting manner .Very sadly missed as he was and honorable honest and loyal man - A man among men who one could trust with your life even .I spent my last time with him at Ballina and I will never forget him.We had a great simple feed by the River and he's sadly missed by me as his honesty is a rare commodity in life among ones friends
