Craftbuilt Kitchens

This is our 7th project with Craftbuilt Kitchens since the 70's. All, including our recent kitchen, have been of the same superb quality. We were very pleased to find that the staff still showed their enthusiasm and the showroom is even more fabulous. With each visit over the years we felt we always had the latest ideas and gadgets to choose from. We believe that our amazing kitchens have helped the sale of each house over the years! Their attention to detail and after sales service have been outstanding. Thank you Justine and all the Team and Craftbuilt - we LOVE our new kitchen! You haven't lost your touch.

We began with an Ugly Ducking and ended with a beautiful Swan. No kidding. We can't quite believe the transformation. It looks so great. Thank you to all the team at Craftbuilt for their zero hassle free service.From start to finish, they worked with and alongside us every step of the way. Result . I've just had my new kitchen installed and I am very happy. The process was smooth from start (design) to end (installation) and I was kept informed at each stage. I can say that I am happy with everyone who worked on my project however I am particularly pleased with the kitchen designer Michael for a fantastic design, the project manager Sharon who worked hard at organising the scheduling to get the kitchen completed as soon as possible, and the installation guys who took care to have all the cabinetry perfectly installed. Craftbuild Kitchens did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

All I keep saying is WOW". Choose Craftbuilt Kitchens if you want a new kitchen without any stress. The whole team are awesome and so friendly and helpful including the trades

Very pleased with the kitchen they created for us and the customer service we received to make sure we got our dream kitchen. Not an easy design as our kitchen was relocating to another room. Justine was wonderful at troubleshooting and presenting lots of ideas to ensure we could incorporate all the features we wanted. Not only is the kitchen high quality, but the after care service has been wonderful.

Extremely happy with my new kitchen. Sue was great to work with in designing the space as it was a big change with substantial building works needed. All the tradesman provided by Craftbuilt were skilled, punctual and flexible when needed.

I had an extensive kitchen renovation largely co-ordinated by Craftbuilt. I was very particular with what I wanted and spent many hours revising the detailed design. I found the company to be made up of numerous specialists all of which were good to deal with, happy to accomodate my wishes. Any kitchen renovation involves a lot of trades and I found all the sub-contracted tradies friendly and highly skilled. Craftbuilt did an excellent job of coordinating the build, from design, to cabinetry, appliance installation, electrics etc and the best tiler I have ever come across. The finished kitchen is a joy to use.I would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a great quality kitchen and fantastic customer service, look no further.My new kitchen is custom made, is of brilliant quality and looks amazing, but what stood out for me most was dealing with the people at Craftbuilt Kitchens. From the first point of contact with Belinda on the phone, to designing the kitchen with Sue, to dealing with Sharon and Deb during the process, they all have been amazing to work with.Belinda, ringing around getting quotes, you stood out from everyone else. You were very friendly and took the time to talk to me to find out what I needed and rang me back after you’d spoke to the builder in regards to removing a wall. I can assure you I did not receive the same friendly and helpful response at other places. It really was because of you that I ended up with Craftbuilt Kitchens.Sue, your design was the best design out of all of them. I loved your idea about moving the stove and when we found out we couldn’t remove that wall, I loved the breakfast bar alternative you came up with. What I appreciated most is that you put together the quote in the same day that we met up, because you knew I was flying home that evening. Others took days to get back to me and 1 supplier even took 2 weeks. I really felt looked after by you.Sharon & Deb, thank you for your friendly service. Sharon, you are one funny girl. At first we got quotes from other kitchen companies, this did not work well and we lost a 3.5k deposit.We then googled other kitchen companies and found Craftbuilt.After a bit of homework they seemed like a solid company, so we got Sue out to give us a quote.Our original kitchen was a funny space in the middle of nowhere, Sue came up with a great idea and we went with it.All went to plan, there were a few hiccups, (I have found this to be part of renovations) what made Craftbuilt better than others was they did not fob off the problems, everything was fixed to the standard you would hope.Their tradesmen were all competent and communicated with each other.Best of all we love our kitchen!!!I would recommend Craftbuilt.
