This is a very new shop. The family of young adult sibling own and run this shop in the memory of there parents. A pet lovers shop. Fantastic set up and a large variety of products. They are happy to help find all types of weird animals. Xx

I went shopping for essentials for my new puppy. The owner is pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. Gifted freebies as well as putting the pup down for a free dog wash. Extra mile... checking with a breeder who is a keen trainer for a good book on puppy & dog training and will phone me with the details. Also recommended the Swan Hill Veterinary clinic's puppy school which I found a timely reminder to book my pup in.

Over priced fish and tanks were disgusting and not even a good selection of fish to choose from. Everything else was ok but would probably shop else where next time.
