Was not very clean rubbish on floor clothes all over table. No change machine. Machine was out of order. Needs a little love but liked there was a lounge.

Great laundromat. Price are more competitive and fair unlike red little laundrette mob who take advantage of it. No it has a great waiting area. Would give 10 stars if it would have free wifi but I’m asking too much.

I have a bad experience with a customer who was very offensive when i help to take out his clothings from the big dryer as it has been completely done and i wanted to use the dryer. I really put them in the baskets beside the said machines and laid them on the table provided.i He was swearing at me with the ‘F ‘ words and telling me that my act of taking out his clothings was very rude. I did apologise to him but he kept on swearing. I can always slash back to him but i always put on a positive attitude as it’s not worth arguing.My question is : what is the length of time for the next customer to use the dryer or washhig machine if all of them are in use but already conplete,?Do we have to wait for them to collect/empty their own laundry?Can’t we help them to take out their conpleted laundries?I really want to know the rules and regulations as i’m afraid to encounter any unnecessary incidence again.
